Student VPS Program - Terms of Use

1. Overview

The Student VPS Program provides access to:
- Free Plan - fully free, with restrictions
- Discounted Plan - paid with a student discount
By using a Student VPS, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To get access, you must:
- register with a valid .edu email and verify it
- contact support and provide a document from your university

The document must include:
- your first and last name
- university/college name
- issue date (current term or within last 3 months)

You must also complete KYC verification (ID + face check).

3. Usage Rules

Free Plan: non-commercial use only.
Not allowed:
- any commercial use
- providing paid services
- running public VPNs or proxies
- sharing or reselling access

Discounted Plan: can be used for broader purposes, including commercial use.

4. Verification & Activity

We may request verification again at any time or revoke access if requirements are no longer met.
Providing false information may lead to account suspension.

Free Plan requirement:
- you must log into the billing panel at least once every 30 days
- if you do not, your server may be stopped or deleted
- you can request a new one later.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Student VPS Program or these Terms at any time.

5. Limits

- only one Student VPS per person
- you can have either one Free VPS or one Discounted VPS
- if your server is targeted by a DDoS attack, it may be temporarily or fully blocked.
